<StudyLive> ('https://studylive.co.kr', hereinafter referred to as the "StudyLive Website") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

○ This Privacy Policy shall take effect on June 18, 2025.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

<StudyLive> (the "StudyLive Website") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and in the event of any change in the purpose of use, necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, will be implemented.

  1. Website Membership Registration and Management Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming intent to register as a member, identification and verification, maintenance and management of membership, prevention of fraudulent use of services, verification of legal guardian's consent when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, and various notifications and communications.
  2. Handling of Civil Complaints Personal information is processed for the purposes of identifying complainants, confirming the details of complaints, contacting and notifying for fact-finding investigations, and notifying processing results.
  3. Provision of Goods or Services Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing services, sending contracts and invoices, providing content, providing customized services, identity verification, age verification, and payment and settlement of fees.
  4. Marketing and Advertising Use Personal information is processed for the purposes of developing new services and providing customized services, providing event and advertising information and opportunities to participate, providing services and displaying advertisements according to demographic characteristics, verifying the effectiveness of services, identifying access frequency, and compiling statistics on members' use of services.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

① <StudyLive> processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information prescribed by laws or the period agreed upon by the data subject when collecting personal information.

② The retention period of personal information shall be three (3) years from the time of membership registration, and records related to the collection, processing, and use of credit information shall be retained for three (3) years.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercising Such Rights)

Data subjects may exercise their rights at any time, including the right to request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information, with respect to StudyLive. StudyLive shall take action without delay in response to such requests.

Article 4 (Items of Personal Information Processed)

StudyLive processes the following items of personal information:
