These Terms of Service are established to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures between StudyLive Co., Ltd. and its Members in connection with the use of the StudyLive application and related services provided by StudyLive Co., Ltd..
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
Service: Refers to all services provided through the StudyLive application and website, including real-time learning monitoring, push notifications, recording and downloading of study videos, and any other features available to Members.
Member: Refers to a customer who accesses StudyLive and enters into a service agreement with StudyLive Co., Ltd. in accordance with these Terms, thereby using the Service.
Student Member: Refers to a student user who voluntarily holds a StudyLive account for the purpose of studying or learning.
Administrator: Refers to a person designated by StudyLive Co., Ltd., or StudyLive Co., Ltd. itself, for the overall management and smooth operation of the Service.
ID: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the Member and approved by StudyLive Co., Ltd. for the purpose of Member identification and provision of the Service.
Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers determined by the Member to verify the Member's identity using the assigned ID and to protect confidentiality.
When StudyLive Co., Ltd. needs to provide notice to Members, it may do so via the email address disclosed by the Member at the time of registration, or by wired/wireless communication, push messages, or other similar means. In the case of notice to all Members, StudyLive Co., Ltd. may replace the notice referred to in the preceding paragraph by posting it on the bulletin board of the StudyLive Co., Ltd. website for at least 14 days. However, in the case of matters that have a material effect on the Member's transactions or use of the site, separate notice shall be provided in the same manner as the preceding paragraph for at least 30 days.
